Service Charge Policy

Akij Air would service charges for Ticket

Please note that these charges will also be applicable to all current on-hold bookings, already issued PNRs and any future ticket issue.

For Domestic:

  • Void Charge: BDT 100 per ticket
  • Reissue Fee: BDT 100 per ticket
  • Refund Fee: BDT 100 per ticket

For International:

  • Void Charge: BDT 150 per ticket
  • Reissue Fee: BDT 150 per ticket
  • Refund Fee: BDT 150 per ticket

Refunds, Voids & Reissues on ticket that issued through Partial Payment

  • A BDT 1,000 charge applies for partial payment refunds only if the agent fails to clear the due amount. Otherwise, regular charge will be applicable for refund.
  • A BDT 200 charge applies for voiding/reissuing a ticket.
  • Refunds will follow standard airline policies, including additional applicable charges.
  • For void or reissue requests, the due amount must be paid before processing.
